  • BEST EVER DECISION!

Drove it out from the dealership on a Friday, after a week I went on a long trip with the family From San Francisco to Los Angeles (365 miles.) Filled her up and still had about a quarter left. Ride was smooth and comfortable. Steering was very responsive, it's a BEAST! Top speed I did was 95 mph and I have no complaints about it. It can get noisy inside at those speed levels due to wind, simply crank up the radio volume.

Much improved over past generations, yet pure to its pedigree. Great build quality, still has the lovable Jeep feel when driving. Heavy snow the day I bought it, and the Jeep showed its true colors in bad weather. Interior controls and layout are superb, simple, and useful. Seats, styling, power from the V-6, and automatic tranny are spot on. I have the WILLYS edition with knock-out styling and looks. This is my 3rd (and best yet) WILLYS Jeep Wrangler. This car will always bring a smile, and every time I park it, I look back and admire it. Buy one, there is an emotional attachment to a Jeep that no other car can reproduce.

We have 2019 Rubicon Unlimited (unlimited = 4 Door) with auto and 3.6 V6. So far, no issues othe than one recall for a steering damper (looks like shock absorber) which was does in an hour by the dealer. I had Toyota 2014 FJ Cruiser prior to this and our new Jeep is far more comfortable and advanced than the FJ. We also have the advance safety option that includes adaptive cruise control which bring the Jeep to full stop and resumes driving without touching the gas or brakes (nice safety feature on freeway traffic jams). It has one of the nicest looking and most complete entertainment and navigation systems I've seen to date. We get about 20 to 21 mpg (combined freeway and city) so far. Don't let some of the reviews and articles on the web worry you about issues or poor quality or being owned by Fiat/Chrysler. The thing to keep in mind is that Jeep Wrangler has so many variations and options to customize, so someone elses issues may not apply to you. I wouldn't recommend the 2.0 turbo engine only because it's much more complex to work on. We don't have steering issues, we don't have poor mileage, we don't have paint or weld issues. Perhaps some of these were issues on the early production models, but they seem to be resolved now. We love the looks and the way it drives. We don't go driving on rocks or lakes and rivers just to see if we can make it. I highly recommend this only to those who like Jeep style, otherwise there are plenty of other SUVs and crossovers out there.
